Our tiny house has found a new home with C&J. We are excited for it's new adventure and sad to say goodbye! The new owners are considering renting it on air b&b on a beautiful island... so at least we can still vacation in it!

Blue Door Tiny FOR SALE!
Tiny house for sale! Located in beautiful Stanwood, WA.
The house is sided in beautiful cedar with white trim and a dark grey metal roof. We painted the door blue and it has a front porch that can be unattached for travel.
Dimensions: 8 x 18 trailer. Two 7x7 lofts, and it is 13.5' tall. 8 feet wide, 18 feet long (21 feet long including the second loft that goes over the porch).
On the back is where all of the mechanical features are; which includes water heater, battery, water hook up and power hook up. They are all covered by a 'garage'.
The house is lit with all LED lights, to be energy efficient. The classic Dickinson Marine heater, stove and water heater are all propane fueled.
The kitchen has a deep sink and bronze brushed faucet. It has white cabinets with butcher block countertop and a mini-fridge built in underneath the counter. The cabinets all have door dampers so they glide in to their closed position, and they are a mix of shelves, pull out drawers and slide out baskets for easier arrangement of items.
Our bathroom has a built in shower and a toilet (can hook up to a waste tank or a system). The toilet is a marine toilet that macerates the waste. This means it is pretty much exactly like an RV/trailer toilet, so you go to a dump station to dump the tank. We know composting is popular, and you could easily put a composting toilet in should you prefer that.
This tiny house was built on a brand new 10,000lbs car hauler trailer. We have towed it to Portland and back, and it was super smooth. I estimate it to weigh about 7,000 - 8,000 and I towed it with a F-250 just fine.
All in all, the house is very beautiful and well lit. There are two separate lofts -- we had a king sized bed in one and used the second as storage/office space. There is a cedar ladder that locks on to each loft for you to climb up and down safely.
The flooring on the main level is hand scraped bamboo.
We hope our tiny house can find a good new home. We outgrew it a little too fast. . . we lived in it with a one year old but, when baby #2 came we needed more space.

We are only charging $22,000 because we believe there is some minor work that still needs to be done to the interior (needs a bathroom door and trim, some touch up bathroom paint, some light switch covers). Seattle Tiny Homes starts selling theirs around $40,000 and Tumbleweed is far above that, so our price is incredibly fair.
Is perfectly ready to live-in, or to set up as a guest house.

This is what I call 'the garage'. The door to the left opens up to the water heater - an on demand Eccotemp FVI-12-LP High Capacity Propane water heater. You can find it on Amazon here - Eccotemp Water Heater retails at $340.
Behind the other section is a battery and battery charger.
The two lines coming out around the wheel well is the service for the toilet.
This fancy porch has an exterior outlet (so my wife could hang Christmas lights).
